Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Distribution Facility to safeguard clients across industries. The Security Professional Flex Officer will view and claim shifts via our exclusive platform, building a flexible schedule and gaining hands-on site experience.

The role pays $20.49 per hour with weekly pay and is based in Henderson. Prior security or related experience is not required; all qualified applicants will receive consideration.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized persons to enter.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
