Job summary

Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics and troubleshooting skills.
- Security experience with P2000 or C-Cure 9000 required.
- High school/trade school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge; IT network basics.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and new installation commissioning on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
- Supervise and inspect installation to meet customer expectations and manufacturer specifications.
- Evaluate and diagnose equipment requiring servicing and troubleshoot field wiring problems.
- Provide solutions to customers for restoring systems efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Prepare reports on daily activities and manage field service calls.
