Job summary

Everon in New York City is seeking a seasoned project administrator to manage installations of Fire and Security systems, coordinating project documentation, safety, and scheduling. You will oversee site communications, ensure contract requirements are met, and help drive project profitability through proper change control and reporting.

A background in construction or fire alarm/security is preferred. Proficiency with MS Project, Word, and Excel plus strong communication skills will help you

Qualifications

• Must have industry, security/fire and project management experience.
• Proficient with MS Project, Word and Excel.
• Background in construction or fire alarm/security industry encouraged to apply.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and read English documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration for installations of fire/security systems.
• Coordinate documentation between contracts administrator and sales representative.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance on site.
• Update project log with start/completion dates and man hours.
• Provide in-house estimating and proposals for current and new projects.
