Job summary

Everon in New York is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee installations of Commercial Burglar alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. You will coordinate installers, staff, and subcontractors across our service area, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to NFPA/NEC standards.

Extensive travel is a requirement. Responsibilities include design support, staff training, scheduling, and maintaining customer satisfaction while managing multiple projects and ensuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years experience in the Security industry with 2–3 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Associates degree preferred; related certifications welcomed.
• NICET Level II or equivalent certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales job walks and design support as needed.
• Manages installer staffing with necessary certifications and training to install those products sold by the company.
• Oversees installation staff and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications; supervise installers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and deliver performance reviews; manage multiple projects and backlogs.
