Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an entry-level Security Officer I to join the in-house Security Department. The role focuses on protecting guests, patients, staff and property, combining safety with service.
The SOI will perform basic security duties including shadowing, door unlocks, metal detection and visitor management, in roles that do not require an Arkansas security credential. We require a valid Arkansas driver's license, pass a MVR check, be 21+ and hold a HS diploma or GED
Summary:
A Security Officer I (SOI) is an entry level position for the Baptist Health Security Department. An SOI performs basic security duties in an in-house capacity to include: protection of guests, patients and staff, their property and company assets. An SOI is limited in scope to job shadowing, performance of basic unlocks, metal detection, visitor management and other functions that do not require an Arkansas security credential as identified by Arkansas Act 393.
