Baptist Health Arkansas is hiring an entry-level Security Officer I to support the Security Department. You will perform basic security duties, protect guests, patients and staff, and assist with visitor management and access control in a hospital setting.
The role requires a valid Arkansas driver's license, ability to pass an MVR check, and meeting state credentialing requirements. High school diploma or GED is preferred; must be at least 21 and not use nicotine.

Summary: A Security Officer I (SOI) is an entry level position for the Baptist Health Security Department. An SOI performs basic security duties in an in-house capacity to include: protection of guests, patients and staff, their property and company assets. An SOI is limited in scope to job shadowing, performance of basic unlocks, metal detection, visitor management and other functions that do not require an Arkansas security credential as identified by Arkansas Act 393.
