TRIDENT Security Solutions in Spokane seeks a Field Supervisor to lead security teams across assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality service and strict adherence to post orders.

You will coordinate Security Specialists, perform field training, conduct welfare checks, and respond to emergencies with certified first aid where required. This role requires 21+ and a valid guard card/licence, with full-time hours Friday–Monday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of licensed experience.
• Safe driving history with limited violations in the recent years.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: ensure posts are staffed, manage call-offs and coverage.
• Field Inspections: weekly checks of posts and staff for compliance.
• Personnel Support: field training and welfare checks for specialists.
• Emergency Management: respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid as certified.
• Reporting and Documentation: maintain records of activities and incidents.
• Professional Communication: respond to urgent inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Customer Excellence: deter infractions and assist client staff with service.
• Operational Flexibility: work across multiple clients and locations.
