A strong sense of professionalism and a valid drivers license are required.

At least 1 year of security experience preferred; must pass background and drug screening. Reports to the Operations Manager; Houston, TX area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs; respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and oversee security personnel across locations.
• Ensure posts are staffed, equipped, and operating per standards.
• Conduct site inspections and adjust staffing as needed.
• Record observations and incidents; maintain reporting.
