iidon Security Associates, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for the 2nd shift on a part-time basis. The role involves coordinating security personnel across multiple sites, maintaining post standards, and ensuring coverage and safety. A strong sense of professionalism and a valid drivers license are required.

At least 1 year of security experience preferred; must pass background and drug screening. Reports to the Operations Manager; Houston, TX area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs; respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, direct, and oversee security personnel across locations.
Ensure posts are staffed, equipped, and operating per standards.
Conduct site inspections and adjust staffing as needed.
Record observations and incidents; maintain reporting.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, directing, and overseeing security personnel across assigned locations. This role ensures compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards while maintaining a high level of operational readiness and professionalism.

Part Time: 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure guards are performing duties correctly and maintaining post standards.
Monitor security operations across multiple locations, adjusting staffing and assignments as needed.
Ensure all posts are properly staffed, equipped, and functioning.

-This candidate must take pride in their appearance as well as have a professional image.

-At least 1 year of previous security experience is preferred.

-Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background and drug screen and have a valid driver's license. (Does not have to be a Texas driver's license)Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
