Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Security Officer to manage Security Officers and leads at client sites. You will ensure compliance with post orders, complete rounds, file reports, and coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.

You will coach, train, and discipline staff as needed, while assisting in payroll and personnel data, and ensuring adequate coverage of all posts. A strong focus on safety and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Driver certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare and submit various required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
