Job summary

Comstock Companies in Charlotte, NC seeks a ParkX Security Operations Manager responsible for daily supervision of the security team across locations. You will lead Managers, Supervisors, and Officers, promote corporate goals, and assist with financial statements and proposals.

You will drive positive change, ensure top‑tier service, and coordinate with marketing for events, while maintaining property maintenance and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security / law enforcement experience.
• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.
• Minimum of at least 3-year experience in customer-service related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direct management, and day-to-day oversight of the security team.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events with the marketing department.
• Walk assigned properties daily and maintain a list of maintenance items.
• Resolve customer concerns escalated by frontline associates.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relations (janitorial, landscaping, security).
• Oversee quarterly client surveys and report activity to leadership.
