Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a bilingual Security Operations Manager to lead ParkX security and janitorial coordination. You will supervise a team of managers, supervisors, and officers, ensuring first-class operations at all locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining equipment, managing maintenance contracts, and reporting to the executive team while driving growth and service excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Security officer certification in VA/MD/DC required.
• 2+ years security experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security team at assigned locations.
• Promote corporate goals and values per policy handbook.
• Address customer concerns promptly per executive guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for events with marketing.
• Walk properties daily; maintain a log of maintenance items.
• Resolve escalated issues with frontline staff.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relations (janitorial, landscaping, security).
• Provide regular activity reports to supervisor and executives.
