Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Location Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple parking facilities in Washington, DC. You will manage hourly staff, ensure staffing levels, enforce company policy and client expectations, and drive safe, efficient service across sites.

The role requires a Virginia security officer certification, a valid driver''s license, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• At least 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Valid driver''s license with no major violations.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Operate with high degree of integrity and accountability.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff the facility to maintain service levels via scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Collect deposits and report daily revenue; review cashier reports.
• Open, manage, and close the facility daily.
• Ensure paperwork: daily activity, maintenance, and incident reports.
• Enforce policy compliance and audit scores.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain safety standards.
• Fill in for front-line associates when needed.
• Meet with client as needed and oversee contract parker program.
• Report incidents to ParkX and document investigations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with staff.
• Train new officers on Track Tik, Barnacle, Patrol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
