Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Security and Facilities Manager in Greencastle, PA to oversee site security and facility operations. You will manage third-party security providers and support continuous improvement in workplace security and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management required.
• Three to five years of experience in security operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerBI; experience with Lenel/Milestone security software.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
• Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.
• Update SOPs as required and review weekly cost.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
