Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate shift activities.
• Be accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers on all operational aspects.
• Regularly coach and monitor staff progress and recognize achievements.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary issues when needed.
• Maintain positive labor relations and ensure health, safety, and security initiatives.
• Orient and equip team members with the necessary tools and information.
