Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Security and Facilities Manager in Greencastle, PA to oversee site security and facility operations. You will manage third-party security providers and support continuous improvement in workplace security and maintenance programs.

• Update SOPs as required and review weekly cost.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.

Annual Salary Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year based on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00am-06:00pm (must be flexible). Summary

The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.

Essential Functions

• Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.

Pay Type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $70,000. Maximum Pay Range: $75,000.
