Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Director of Security to lead and manage all aspects of corporate physical security, workplace safety, executive protection and facilities across Wisconsin locations. The role ensures safety for employees, visitors, executives, facilities, and assets through proactive planning and risk mitigation.

Location is on-site with offices in Menasha or Brookfield. 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, typical business hours, with travel as needed for executive protection and incidents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, executive protection, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site security operations in a business environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all executive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide physical security and executive protection strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain site security protocols for employees, contractors, and guests.
• Lead executive protection for the President, CEO, and other executives.
• Conduct risk assessments for travel, meetings, and events; coordinate secure transportation and venue security.
• Oversee facilities security systems, vendor relationships, and emergency response planning.
• Partner with crisis management, IS, HR and legal to ensure security and business continuity.
