Job summary

Confidential in Madison, WI seeks a senior Corporate Safety & Security professional to manage executive protection, risk mitigation and incident response across enterprise locations.

You will develop training, coordinate with law enforcement and vendors, and lead safety programs while upholding the highest ethics and compliance standards. This role requires 24/7 availability and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years' experience in executive protection, corporate safety, security, and loss control.
• Certifications in CPR/AED/First aid; regular tactical firearm training preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, local safety and security standards; PSP/CPP preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection for employees and executives and take decisive action in emergencies.
• Operate daily Corporate Safety and Security program; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify emerging threats and drive program improvements.
• Develop and deliver training on safety and security best practices.
• Conduct onsite threat assessments and deploy resources to mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with officials, law enforcement, and venue management to coordinate requirements.
• Maintain relationships with executives and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Carry out risk monitoring of office locations and travelers; respond to incidents.
