This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $48,000 annually ($23.08 hourly) and the maximum salary for this position is $55,000 annually ($26.44 hourly). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
