Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Representative to support a government-grade IT services and cybersecurity environment. This on-site role in Kansas City, Missouri, delivers centralized help desk and desktop support to end users across a global enterprise, ensuring secure connectivity for thousands of users.

You will handle Tier 1/2 support, address hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with Office Suite and video conferencing tools, while

Qualifications

0–6 months mid-level or 6+ months to 1+ year IT support experience.
Experience with desktop support, Windows OS, Office Suite, Outlook, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Security+ certification required.
Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues
Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing tools
Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across multiple locations
