This on-site role in Kansas City, Missouri serves thousands of users globally, delivering centralized help desk and desktop support. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, hardware/software/network troubleshooting, and user assistance with Office/Outlook and videoconferencing.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months of experience in IT support or help desk environments (mid-level) OR 6+ months to 1+ year experience (Senior).
• Active Secret Clearance required; Security+ certification required; Windows OS and Office proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues.
• Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video conferencing tools.
• Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple locations.
