Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on security engineering team focused on cloud security, application security, and CI/CD hardening. You will manage security engineering across cloud infra, DSPM, and SaaS posture, translating strategy into a technical roadmap and ensuring timely delivery.

You will partner with DevOps, Engineering, and Product to embed security across development lifecycles and drive continuous risk reduction. Base salary range shown.

Qualifications

• Hands-on InfoSec leadership with cloud security and DevSecOps background.
• Proven track record driving technical projects to completion through a team.
• Strong understanding of application security, CI/CD security, secrets management, and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Remain hands-on configuring cloud security tooling and reviewing architecture.
• Own the security engineering program and drive lifecycle security improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of security engineers, managing performance and growth.
• Define, manage and execute security projects aligned to strategic goals.
• Partner with DevOps, Engineering, and Product to embed security into roadmaps.
• Define target security state and ensure effective implementation.
