Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering to lead the security engineering organization protecting a AI-enabled, cloud-native SaaS platform. You will own Vulnerability Operations, Infrastructure Security, and Application/Product Security, guiding a distributed team across the United States and India.

You will drive security strategy, secure SDLC, risk management, and executive-level risk communication while partnering with AI/ML, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver secure

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security, including product/application security, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams, including distributed or cross-region leadership.
• Experience building security programs in cloud-native SaaS environments, preferably AWS.
• Practical experience with secure software development lifecycle, testing, and vulnerability operations.
• Working knowledge of AI security risks and controls in modern software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security engineering organization across US and India with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Own AI security readiness, threat modeling, secure development standards, testing, monitoring, and release readiness.
• Oversee Vulnerability Operations and Infrastructure/Cloud Security with automated protection and rapid remediation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Data, AI/ML, and executives to embed security into planning and delivery.
