Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Engineering to lead the security engineering organization for its AI-enabled, cloud-native SaaS platform. You will own Vulnerability Operations, Infrastructure Security, and Application/Product Security, guiding a distributed team in the United States and India.

Lead security strategy, threat modeling, secure SDLC, and risk communication to executives. Build scalable security capabilities that enable rapid product delivery without compromising trust

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security, including product/app security, cloud security, vulnerability management, or security engineering.
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams, including cross-region management.
• Experience maturing security programs in cloud-native SaaS environments, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of AI security risks and controls; ability to translate strategy into secure roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineering across US and India with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Own AI-enabled product security strategy from design through production and monitoring.
• Oversee vulnerability discovery, remediation governance, and exception management.
• Own security guardrails for AWS, IaC, containers, IAM, network, and data services.
• Translate business strategy into multi-quarter security engineering roadmaps and report risk with options.
