Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Security Engineering & Architecture Manager to lead cybersecurity engineering across IAM, PAM, IGA, and vulnerability management. You will define the architecture roadmap, set secure-by-design standards, and manage MSPs with SLAs and KPIs.

You will drive identity security, risk assessments, and enterprise security reviews while partnering with business leaders to align security with strategic goals. Hybrid role in Union Beach, NJ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams or providers.
• Experience across multiple security domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security.
• Experience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, operating system security, and data and AI security.
• Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles.
• Oversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance.
• Drive IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions supporting identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access.
• Establish enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking.
• Develop security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, and OT environments.
• Lead the enterprise Security Review Process for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to align security architecture with business objectives.
• Communicate cybersecurity program status, initiatives, and risks to senior leadership.
