Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks an Endpoint Engineering Lead to define and drive the global endpoint strategy for thousands of employees.

Based in a hybrid US role, you will lead Windows 11, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID, while coordinating with security, infrastructure, and regional teams to ensure compliant, automated, and scalable endpoint services. You will own VDI effectiveness, manage vendor SLAs, and guide large-scale modernization and digital workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Deep Windows endpoint engineering and device management knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.

• Define and execute the global endpoint management strategy and roadmap for ~6,000 employees.
• Establish standards, policies, and lifecycle practices for endpoint technologies.

• Own the strategy and effectiveness of the VDI platform.
