Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) seeks an Associate Human Resources Business Partner for our New Century, Kansas plant.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days on-site weekly, partnering with site and regional leaders to shape workforce and talent strategies. You will advise on organizational effectiveness, lead workforce planning, and support succession, development, and retention initiatives across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of four years as HR Generalist/HR Manager or similar role.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive workforce, organizational, and talent strategies.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations, corrective actions and PMs.
• Experience leading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
