Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks an experienced Endpoint Platforms Leader to define and execute the global endpoint management strategy for approximately 6,000 employees. The role emphasizes Windows endpoint engineering, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID with a strong focus on security and Zero Trust principles.

Based in the US (St. Louis or Union Beach) with a hybrid work arrangement, you will partner across security, infrastructure, service management, and regional IT teams,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Deep expertise in Windows endpoint engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust.

• Define and execute the global endpoint management strategy and roadmap for ~6,000 employees.
• Establish standards, policies, and lifecycle management for endpoint technologies.
• Lead Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID environments.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency via PowerShell and modern management practices.
• Own the strategy and effectiveness of the VDI platform.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, service management, and regional IT teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Lead endpoint modernization and refresh programs.
• Govern enterprise mobile device management and print services globally.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Deep expertise in Windows endpoint engineering and device management.
• Advanced knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience managing iOS and Android mobile device platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing vendors and outsourced providers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
