Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Security Engineer for Secure Third Party Tools (S3T) to identify, measure, and remediate security risks when engaging with third parties and their products that access Amazon data.

You will collaborate across teams to define security controls, conduct deep-dive reviews, and build guardrails and baselines for secure integrations with Amazon services. The ideal candidate leads by influence and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Solve evolving security problems with novel approaches.
• Lead security projects with end-to-end ownership (reviews, tooling, practices).
• Create, update, and maintain threat models for varied use cases.
• Act as technical security specialist on risk-based reviews and assessments.
• Collect and review data from multiple sources to conduct security reviews.
