Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking student software engineers to contribute to Security & Trust initiatives. You will work on designing and maintaining critical platforms, with emphasis on C/C++, Python, or Java, while gaining exposure to Linux, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.

The internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate across Cisco’s IT, Product, CX, and security teams. Eligible students must be pursuing an undergraduate degree and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate or Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Java with evidence from coursework/projects/work experience.
• Experience in QA, testing, and debugging.
