Job summary

Cisco Security CX internship offers exposure to security solution design, deployment, and optimization. You will work with mentors, customers, and Cisco teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored security improvements.

You will attend on-site design and configuration sessions, collect requirements, and help define goals for integration efforts, working across Identity Services, Firewalls, and Cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• Education should be in Information Systems, Cyber Security, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networking concepts, TCP/IP, OSI model, or code development.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to learn how Cisco plans, designs, deploys and optimizes security solutions.
• Collect requirements and define goals for integration projects.
• Analyze configurations and provide feedback for improvements aligned with business goals.
• Demonstrate programming languages to develop tailor-made automation capabilities using Cisco APIs.
