Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Systems Engineer I - Security to design, implement, and operate identity and access controls across IAM, IGA, and PAM platforms, ensuring proper access for users and workloads.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to embed Zero Trust, monitor IAM activities, remediate findings, and help modernize identity security in a large enterprise. This role may mentor junior engineers and participate in security program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience with exposure to IAM.
• 2+ years of experience with IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and identity protocols (SAML, OIDC).
• Experience building SailPoint connectors, provisioning jobs, and HR-driven JML processes.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and AD.
• Knowledge of IAM governance, PAM, and access models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, FGAC).

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise IAM, SSO, MFA, and identity governance across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Monitor IAM activities, analyze logs, and assist incident response.
• Support audits and remediation related to IAM, IGA, and PAM.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and drive platform modernization.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on Zero Trust.
• Document architectures, runbooks, and guidance for operations teams.
• Participate in PoCs and evaluations of new identity security services.
• Mentor junior security engineers as needed.
