Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Systems Engineer I - Security in Irving, TX to design and operate identity security controls across IAM, IGA, and PAM, ensuring proper access at the right time. You will strengthen authentication and enforce least privilege in a large enterprise.

Work with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to embed Zero Trust principles, support audits, and document runbooks while enabling operational training and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM, SSO, MFA and identity integration protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC/PBAC and access control models.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and AD.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise IAM/IGA/PAM solutions delivering SSO and MFA.
• Monitor identity activities, analyze logs, and assist incident response.
• Assist audits, certifications, and remediation of IAM findings.
• Document architectures, runbooks, and provide training on identity security.
