Marlabs Inc. is seeking a Security Automation & Integration Engineer to modernize security intake and assessment processes across the organization.

You will design integrations and automate workflows to streamline how security requests are captured, enriched, routed, and tracked. The ideal candidate combines automation, data engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced security environment, with experience across enterprise systems and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 3+ years building enterprise integrations, automation, or data engineering, with Python or similar.
• Hands-on REST APIs experience with authentication, data exchange, error handling and integration.
• Strong SQL and data transformation, reconciliation, and data quality monitoring.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow or similar, plus version control and CI/CD.
• Cloud/automation tech such as Azure or AWS, Power Automate, Logic Apps, serverless, with security focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and work-tracking platforms.
• Build and enhance workflow automation for routing, data enrichment, notifications, status updates, reporting.
• Develop and support AI-assisted workflows, including prompt design, workflow orchestration, and governance controls.
• Analyze, reconcile, cleanse, and standardize data across multiple systems while ensuring data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, automation, and workflow issues with monitoring and proactive support.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable automation.
