Qualifications

• Audit physical security records in ServiceNow for accuracy, completeness and SLA alignment.
• Apply strong attention to detail during data validation and testing in our global ticketing platform.
• Identify data-quality issues such as incorrect categories, closure codes, missing notes, and follow-up gaps.

Responsibilities

• Create user-level reports and dashboards to help Security Operations interpret trends, risks, and actions.
• Document and communicate root-cause analyses with findings, contributing factors, and corrective actions.
• Trace events from alarms to tickets, actions, remediation, and verified outcomes.
