Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Security Electronics Technician ensures all electronic systems and controls—locking systems, fire alarms, intercoms, CCTV, nurse-call, and related security systems—perform reliably and safely.

This role involves working with CMMS documentation, preventive maintenance, and client coordination while complying with OSHA and contract standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years dealing with security electronics in commercial environments preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures preventive maintenance schedules are executed on time per specifications.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and record keeping for parts, services, and warranties.
• Read blueprints and schematics to support installations and maintenance.
• Maintain professional relationship with client staff and provide solutions.
• Inspect building security and electronic systems for proper operation.
• Complete required compliance, safety and training as assigned.
