Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Security Electronics Technician to manage all electronic systems and computerized controls for our facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining locking, fire alarm, intercom/PA, CCTV, nurse-call, and other security systems, while ensuring compliance with OSHA and contract standards.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordination with clients to deliver reliable security and safety solutions across commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all preventive maintenance schedules are executed on a timely basis per manufacturers’ specifications or client requirements.
• Maintain a professional relationship with client staff, answer questions, provide solutions and make recommendations.
• Exhibit the ability to perform work and display the effective use of electronic test equipment.
• Make competent inspections of the building security and electronic systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.
