Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge handling preferred.
• Customer service experience and comfort with using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and emergency procedures in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols to resolve critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/incident documentation.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
