Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver to join our unarmed patrol team at a commercial property. You will perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors while upholding site policies.

Required qualifications include at least two years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to use a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain documentation.
