Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions.
• Document incidents and activities in accordance with reporting requirements.
