Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and site staff while following procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; document observations.
• Complete activity and incident reports and share security information with supervision.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
