Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and hazardous-material concerns calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control, verify credentials, and document activity as required.
• Prepare incident reports and share observations with leadership.
