Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Detroit, MI. This role includes patrols, access control, and strong customer service, with a driving component requiring a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management staff during security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per site requirements.
