Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Mobile Driver in East Wenatchee, WA. This full-time role involves patrolling data center facilities, maintaining a strong security presence, and delivering excellent customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors.

• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazardous conditions, and security-related issues to site contacts and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazardous conditions, and security-related issues to the appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
