Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a data center location by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the interior, exterior, parking areas, access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/contractor authorization; report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and observations in required reports and logs.

Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate data center location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building interior, exterior, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
