Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Alarm Panel Operator in Allentown, PA. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor areas, conduct patrols, support access control and alarm response, and provide exceptional customer service with clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check as per laws, drug screen as permitted by law, licensing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established chemical facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, access points, business areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, hazardous material concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate site contacts.
