Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer in Allentown, PA to monitor facilities, conduct patrols, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service. This position offers a flexible weekend schedule and the opportunity to earn through our Claim a Shift platform, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 (21 for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, passing background and drug screenings, and a valid driver’s license where

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screening required by law.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following site procedures and safety policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly per site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading and parking areas.
Monitor access points and observe deliveries and visitors.
Document incidents and observations and share with site leadership.
