Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Driver Emergency Preparedness in Allentown, PA. The role involves patrols, access control, alarms response, and customer service at a chemical/petrochemical site.

This is a driving, full-time position with a focus on safety and professional conduct. You will support site security policies, respond to incidents, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Experience with access control, badge systems and alarm panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a chemical/petrochemical site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unauthorized access, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of facilities, access points and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control activity and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Record logs and incident documentation and communicate hazards to leadership.
