Verify visitor credentials and/or authorizations and maintain visitor records.
Background check and drug screening as part of employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor credentials and/or authorizations, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
Control access to restricted areas, issue and collect visitor credentials as directed, and communicate access concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, access points, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
