Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, receiving, and warehouse personnel regarding deliveries, driver check-in, trailer movement, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular patrols of the distribution location to deter unauthorized activity.
